"The New Mohawk"

He loves to cut cut cut!

We have actually been home eleven days now but it’s nice to be back. Internet was not the greatest over in Sierra Leone so attempting to update for a change was futile. We had a wonderful time over there and very much enjoyed the warmth, sun, sand and all that nice stuff.

I am hoping to put some posts and photos later on and I will try to more active again sharing bits and pieces of my life with you. Believe me when I say that I have plenty of material.

For example, my youngest son decided that he needed a haircut AGAIN! Yes, my crafting scissors are his little buddy when it comes to altering his appearance. Now in the dead of winter he will have to have his hair all cut off yet again. Hope he will not be too cold without the assistance of his hair to keep him warm up top!

Is school NECESSARY?

It was the end if the first week if school. My daughter in college and my two little dudes back to elementary…as our weekend came to it’s end and I prepped the boys for bed, my youngest was angry because he didn’t want to sleep. I told him that he needs good sleep because he has school and it was necessary.

At this he became even more upset and shouted, “school, it unnecessary..I already went last year, it’s enough!”

I love my children!!

Perposterphe

While practicing spelling words this morning, my oldest sons list has words like ‘would’ve, he’d, and I’ve ‘ to name a few. Each time he spelled the words out he would say h-e-perposterphe-d lol so cute when they are learning to spell!!
